An Architectural Project Designer will work directly with the Partner-In-Charge and Project Architect / Manager of each project and actively contribute to all phases of design, from programming through construction administration, as determined by P.I.C. and size of project.

OBJECTIVES

• Work directly with the Project Architect / Manager to execute on various design phases.

• Responsible for completion of construction documents.

• Meet with clients on pertinent project design meetings.

• Perform construction administration at project job sites.

• Ensure technical execution of drawings as well as code and regulatory compliance.

qualifications

• 0 - 5 years of experience - Work experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate

• Revit required, some AutoCAD experience highly preferred

• Degree / certificate from an accredited program preferred

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Motivated with desire to learn and grow
