Ben Lomand Rural Telephone Cooperative's McMinnville facility is more than an

office building.  While the front portion contains offices and conference rooms, there

is also maintenance shops and lockers rooms for the field workers.  Attached

directly behind the office component is a warehouse with loading docks that can

accommodate multiple semi trucks at a time.  A separate building contains truck

maintenance and wash bays.  There is also a vehicle store building where the

service trucks are sheltered from the weather.
